& WoW, it’s DJ Rev. Skillz, esq. (AKA Liam Skilling)’s Birthday, too! Ecstatic dance church is an opportunity to move authentically, exactly as you body wishes. Anything goes at ecstatic dance! We’ll begin with a short intro to contact improvization! Contact is an amazing way to organically connect with other dancers, as well as helping us to become more present in our own bodies. (It’s one of Sage’s favorite things ever!) From here we will enter into the journey of the dance! The musical magic of the most fabulous DJ Rev. Skillz, esq. (AKA Liam Skilling) is sure to get you moving and shaking! If you wish ~ Bring a dish!

This month, the Women’s Temple Circle is celebrating easter with a feminine twist. We will explore the concept of celebrating the egg as a symol for female creativity and power. We will do so in a nourshing, intuitive and fun way. As always with the Temple Circle, we come together with open minds and heart, willing to let go of concepts and finding what feels authentic to us as individuals. Instead of adding something to ourselves, we gently peel away the layers so that we circle by circle become more and fully ourselves. There is no right or wrong way to be in the Temple Circle!

We look forward to sharing this special event bonding as women, and connecting to our female bodies in a deeper way.

At this gathering you will experience:
*Meditating with your ovaries (if you don’t have ovaries, the meditation still works)
*Exploring your creativity in a medium of your choice: art, dance, poetry or stillness. Or something else that is unique to you!
*Connecting and bodning in sisterhood

Our goal is that we will all leave feeling boosted in our creativity, grounded in self-confidence and nourished by sisterhood. And to have discovered something unique and authentic from a true place within us.

Many of us resort to destructive ways of managing the damaging emotional experiences in our lives. These may include blocking out negative emotions with excessive drinking, gaming, or TV. Managing uncomfortable feelings and thoughts by pushing them away makes them persist, however, and then and erupt when we least expect it. Emotion suppression over time is also associated with a raft of health problems. When left unmanaged, chronic stress can lead to the development of stomach ulcers, stroke, asthma, heart disease and cancer. And dealing with our anger by yelling is more likely to inflate negative emotions rather than resolve them. There are lots of more successful ways to process our negative emotions so that we become free of them, and we can all learn these methods & practice them with ease. A great gift to our bodies & souls!

“Rising Through Relating” is the name of a wonderful workshop that Elisa & Trevor Spring offer, & we are so honored to have them present a juicy sample of their work for our March AudiOasis! In February, Jonathan was an inspiring role model for us in being powerful & vulnerable, simultaneously, (if you missed it, ask someone!) & this month, Trevor & Elisa Spring will be leading us in our own journey to reveal our truth. They will be speaking & leading us in exercises to help us cultivate more intimate connection and unconditional love for ourselves and others, through deepening practices of vulnerability. Elisa & Trevor are radiant role models for all of us in how to be a conscious couple & family, & we are so grateful to be receiving their heart medicine.

We plan to make it an extra family-friendly evening by having adults who will be devoted to enjoying & entertaining all of our keiki, so please be sure to share this invitation with all the parents you know.
